I just wanted to point out to our viewers... a few people questioned the fairness of our Match Play event... saying that the high handicap player would be at a DISADVANTAGE. Hopefully it has become abundantly clear that the low handicap players have not yet defeated a "lesser" opponent. The strokes are winning, gents!
No more complaints about equality!

I think it is fair the close matches are sign of fairness.
I am glad we went to 1/3 instead of 1/4 differential, so the comment, or opinion of high handicappers were going to get screwed, was considered and we adjusted to 1/3 after that... haven't heard any complaints...so everyone must be ok with it.
I have heard, people like the double elimination thing...If we have a finals with someone who is undefeated he will have to be beaten twice.... (could be 18 hole finals)....JJ
Also remember, each time a player plays he will owe the club 2$...
That money will be collected after you have been eliminated... everyone has until the 27th of this month to complete their first match. Then you will only have a week (from the 27th) to complete your next match and a week for the next etc...I will soon have a bracket up on the board at Saticoy, hope there is room I noticed 126 club- all of a sudden prolific pin up quest....get lost is my opinion, but I'll try to be nice...JJ
we better tell the senior club and the ladies club to never post anything either then
thanks for the free plug there JJ
