Ok there was a concerned individual over: the strokes a high handicapper
WASN'T getting... so I crunched some #'s let me know if this sounds fair.?
If we divide the players index by 3, (this seems a fair resolve to both sides)...
For ex: Rick Chaidez :VS: Pete Ballestero.....RC=20.7 /3 =6.9
PB=6.6/3=2.2 (4.7 differential ) Ricky would get a stroke on the 4 hardest holes of the golf course and .7 on the fifth hardest ( if Pete were to win that hole by a stroke he would then win that hole, if they tied with pars on that fifth hole Ricky would then win that hole.)
Does this seem more fair???? Let me know, ....JJ

rc a 19 v. pb a 7 @ 9 holes =
rc a 10.5 v pb a 3.5
10.5 - 3.5 = 7.5 or 8 strokes
rc would get a stroke a hole except for #6
rc w bogey = pb with pars for pushes
